Compact hydraulic power unit

Compact hydraulic power unit is a type of hydraulic power unit. They are characterized by a very compact design because the motor shaft of the electric motor also serves as the pump shaft. The compact power unit is used to supply hydraulic fluid in a hydraulic circuit system.

Standard hydraulic power unit

The standard hydraulic power unit of the FXU series is a type of hydraulic power unit. They are characterized by a highly flexible design and customer-specific modular adjustment options.

Servo hydraulic power unit

Servo hydraulic power units are suitable for hydraulic systems with variable speed and dynamic requirements. Due to the energy efficiency of the servo-controlled pump drive, no separate cooling is required.

Mounted valve

The connection block represents the connection link between the hydraulic power unit and the hydraulic controller. The connection blocks described here can be combined with compact hydraulic power units, such as the KA, HK and MPN series.

Piston pump shaft

Axial piston pumps have a number of pistons arranged parallel to the drive shaft. They are available as variable pumps or constant pumps.

Hydraulic pump controlled by compressed air

Air-controlled hydraulic power units are pneumatically controlled, reciprocating piston pumps. They act as pneumatic pressure amplifiers with oscillating motion and automatic stroke reversing control.

Hand pump

A hand pump is a type of hydraulic pump. They create the flow rate manually.

Radial piston pump

Radial piston pump is a type of hydraulic pump. They consist of valve-controlled pump cylinders arranged radially.

Pump element

The pump elements convey the lubricating pressurized fluid and at the same time create back pressure against the working resistance of the connected actuator.

Directional spool valve

Directional spool valve is a type of directional valve. They control the direction of motion and velocity of single and double acting hydraulic consumers.

Directional valve

The directional valve is responsible for directing the path of the hydraulic medium in certain directions and thereby connecting the corresponding ports or closing them tightly without oil leakage. In this way, they control the movement of the actuators in the hydraulic system.

Pressure control valve

Pressure control valves are used to control or limit system pressure in a plant or to switch according to pressure signals.

Flow valve

Flow valves affect the flow rate in the hydraulic system.

Literature test

One-way valves block flow rate in one direction while allowing it in the other.

HS type servo hydraulic power unit

The HS type servo hydraulic power unit contains a very compact and powerful servo electric motor. Thanks to “Power on Demand”, it impresses with its high energy efficiency and can operate without additional cooling. With the HS type servo, reversing operation can be performed without the need for additional valve technology. It is also characterized by its small footprint, compact design and low noise emission. This equipment is used in injection molding machines, machine tools, punching and bending machines, straightening machines, among others.

ePRAX® electro-hydraulic drive module

The patented ePRAX® modular electro-hydraulic actuator is designed to suit the special actuator requirements for CNC press brakes. All necessary components can be assembled using a modular design, ensuring optimal use of installation space through a flexible layout.

Electro-hydraulic drive type ePRAX® max

The patented ePRAX® electro-hydraulic actuator combines the advantages of both drive technologies in a single, robust and ready-to-connect system. Thanks to its hydraulic system, it is powerful and durable, and does not require any external oil lines due to its integrated design. Speed control takes place independently for each axis via the ePRAX controller. This drive has been specifically optimized for press braking and through the targeted use of reduced energy stored for the return stroke, it delivers extremely high levels of dynamics while also achieving savings significant energy.

MPLM power module type

The engine pump unit is the bridge between the electrical and hydraulic systems. In HAWE motor pump units, the electric motor and hydraulic pump are directly connected via a flange. Different motor types and pump types can be combined. This makes it possible to generate emission-free hydraulic power from an electric drive system

Ratio-Verstärker Typ EV2D

The EV2D electronic proportional amplifier is a multi-channel amplifier for driving or regulating up to six actuators. Different adjustment parameters allow optimal adaptation to the respective application. Due to the current feedback measurement at the valve output, the influence of the supply temperature and voltage is detected and corrected. Sensor signals and setpoints can be read analog or via the CAN interface. Optionally, EV2D is available with LAN interface. Can be integrated into the machine controller via EtherCAT.
