Vacuum spray equipment - Anest Iwata.
Vacuum spray equipment has outstanding advantages such as:
- Significantly improves the working environment due to less paint removal and less paint rebound.
- Less solvents are required because high viscosity paints can be used, minimizing material costs.
- Fast adhesion speed, can create a paint film 2-3 times thicker than normal, help save time.
- Wide range of piston and diaphragm pumps with more than 80 different standard nozzle sizes to meet all the needs of customers.
Vacuum spray equipment are widely used in industries such as wood furniture, metal, steel frames, auto parts, motorbikes, construction, shipbuilding, e.t.c
The main lines of vacuum spray equipment:
Piston pump Series ALS:
Small type with compact, flexible design. For materials of medium and high viscosity, capable of supporting a wide range of guns with a variety of small nozzle sizes.
Large type capable of meeting your special requirements. Heat-up to provide a large amount of paint during the coating process, best suited to materials with high viscosity.
Series ALS piston pumps are for coating high and difficult to reach locations, through long spray tubes.
Specifications Series ALS:
Inlet air pressure: 0.7 MPa.
Outlet gas pressure: 14-37 MPa.
Liquid flow: 1.0 - 3.0 liters / min.
Gas connector: G1 / 4 (PF1 / 4)
Liquid connector: G1 / 4 (PF1 / 4)
Weight: 15 - 35 kg
Vacuum membrane EX Series:
The strong suction power can provide a stable amount of paint, from low viscosity to high viscosity paint.
The suction tube is flexible, installed vertically, and is easy to operate.
All models have exhaust valves made of high-grade porcelain, which improve the durability by 5 times.
The drain valve can be easily disassembled, convenient for removing impurities and maintaining equipment.
Specifications Series ex:
Air pressure: 20.6 MPa.
Liquid flow: 5.2 liters / min.
Output power: Single phase 0.75kW
Gas connector (output): G1 / 4 (PF1 / 4)
Weight: 35 kg
Vacuum gun series ALG / AP:
Paint pipe size is large, reducing pressure in pipes and preventing deposition.
Withstands great pressure. The weight of the gun is reduced but still retains the gun's texture and pressure resistance.
The trigger has been redesigned to reduce the squeezing force, making the operation easier.
Can be easily disassembled and assembled without the use of special tools.
Vacuum gun AP-96 Ideal for painting difficult-to-reach areas such as high walls. ceiling or inside pipes.
